Christ Church Foundation School Charm
Christ Church Foundation School is a sixth form Government Secondary School. Previously they were two separate schools - Boys' and Girls' Foundation Schools. In pursuance of Government's policy to make all schools co-educational, the schools were by statute amalgamated as from September 1978. The new institution was called Christ Church Foundation School. In 2011 we were upgraded to the status of sixth form school. Before this, the Boys' Foundation had a sixth form and in 1954 Roberrt Thomas gained a Barbados scholarhip as a student in that group.
